Camping Qualité, a label created in 1999 by professionals and consumers, is today the only campsite quality label in France that controls all campsite services throughout the customer experience.

With nearly 300 campsites throughout France, Camping Qualité supports managers in their continuous improvement process, based on rigorous audits, a structured methodology and an approach focused on the customer experience.

By choosing a campsite with the Camping Qualité label, holidaymakers can be sure of a successful vacation in regularly inspected establishments committed to five key principles: welcome, cleanliness, information, location and living environment, and eco-responsibility.

Every year, Camping Qualité unveils its official awards list, which includes two complementary distinctions:

● Les Trophées des Professionnels, awarded on the basis of the results of audits carried out during the summer season
● Les Trophées des Consommateurs, based on reviews and ratings submitted directly by campers on campingqualite.com


The label awards a Trophée Consommateurs to campsites with the highest customer review ratings.

Trophies handcrafted in the Vosges
Once again this year, Camping Qualité wanted these awards to be embodied by unique trophies made from noble, local wood.

The trophies are made from:
● for the dark part of the wood, walnut from Alsace,
● and for the light part, ash from Gérardmer, in the Vosges.
